Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our website or authorized platforms. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining payment structure includes 50% due 7 days before the tour and the final payment on the day of the tour.

Cancellation Policy

To provide a fair policy for all guests, cancellations must adhere to the following guidelines:

Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.Cancellations made within 3 days may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50%.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to reschedule, please inform us at least 7 days before your scheduled tour. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, credited to the original payment method.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In case of severe weather or health advisories, we reserve the right to cancel tours, providing guests with a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Customer Responsibility

Guests must ensure that their information is accurate and that they possess all necessary travel documents.

Liability

A liability waiver may be required to acknowledge the risks associated with participating in tours.
